What’s Included in the Annual Physical Exam

We have conducted over 5,000 physical exams through our Municipal Health and Wellness Program. We recognize every department and team will have its own health assessment goals and objectives to address, guided by specific compliance criteria. We provide annual wellness assessments, fitness tests, coordinating and conducting PATs and clinical coordination. That’s why we offer a physical exam that covers 10 key diagnostic areas to help identify and assess participants’ disease risk and performance, as well as opportunities for improvement in each of the following categories:

This facility is equipped to deliver every component of medical and fitness evaluations in our 10,000 square-foot special programs facility that includes:
